Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

I understand and acknowledge that participating as a caretaker, volunteer, trapper, transporter, foster, or other helper for Triple R Pets may involve risks, including but not limited to animal bites, scratches, illness, allergic reactions, property damage, transportation-related risks, and other injuries or losses that may occur while handling, trapping, transporting, feeding, fostering, observing, or otherwise assisting with animals or colony-related activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate with Triple R Pets, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Triple R Pets, its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such release is not permitted by law.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple R Pets from any claims or liabilities arising from my own actions, omissions, negligence, or failure to follow instructions, policies, laws, ordinances, or safety procedures while participating in any Triple R Pets activity.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
